Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In exceptional cases (at Woodenkart’s sole discretion), cancellation after dispatch may be allowed. However, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product
  2. Manufacturing Defect
  3. Incomplete Product
  4. Incorrect Product Delivered

Woodenkart reserves the right to reject returns if any of the above conditions are not met.
Please retain the original packaging for the return. While we understand that exact repacking may not be possible, customers are responsible for securely packing the product to ensure safe reverse transit.

Once your request is verified and approved, Woodenkart will arrange afree pickup from your location. The product will either be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in
acceptable condition.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
  • Net Banking: Credited to the same bank account
  • Gift Voucher: Reissued with the same value
  • Other Modes: Refunded via account payee cheque or NEFT transfer

Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Returns will not be accepted if

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • A prior defect was not reported
  • The product is missing original packaging, box, or accessories
  • There is minor transit damage (e.g., loosened glass or minor imbalance) — such issues are repairable on-site at no extra cost
