Woodenkart accepts all major online payment methods, including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Wallets, UPI, and Net Banking. Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Furniture falls under heavy and bulky logistics. The one-way shipping cost can be up to 10–12% of the product value. To avoid unnecessary returns or non-acceptance during delivery, COD is not offered.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS on your registered mobile number. You can also log in to your account on www.woodenkart.in and check your order status, or visit the Order Status

No. Delivery is completely free of charge across India, except for certain non-serviceable PIN codes. In rare cases, if delivery is arranged to such locations, any additional cost will need to be paid in advance by the customer.
Woodenkart ensures all products match their online description. However, since our furniture is made from natural wood, slight variations in grain, texture, or finish may occur — this adds to the unique charm of handcrafted furniture.
When your product arrives, please inspect for any visible cracks, chips, or unfinished patches. Wipe dust with a clean, dry cloth. Report any damage or manufacturing defect to our support team. For items requiring assembly, our installation team will contact you within 24 hours of delivery. Note: Minor variations in color or wood grain are normal. Hardwood may slightly expand in summer — drawers or doors might feel tighter temporarily. This is completely natural and will normalize as the season changes.
Woodenkart offers three types of assembly: Pre-Assembled (no installation required), DIY (Do-It-Yourself with provided tools), and Carpenter Assembly (our team contacts you within 48 hours for on-site installation). The type of assembly is mentioned on each product page.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support immediately. We will assess the issue within 2 business days and either repair or replace the product based on the nature of the damage.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellation is not allowed as the order is processed for manufacturing or shipping. Cancellation after delivery is not permitted.

Furniture can only be returned if it is damaged, defective, or not as described. If you still wish to return a product for other reasons, Woodenkart may accept the return at its discretion — however, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds are initiated within 4–5 working days after the product is collected from your premises. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method or bank account.

Customized products are made specifically as per your requirements and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage. In such cases, Woodenkart will replace or repair the item.

All Woodenkart furniture includes: 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects and 5-Year Warranty against termite damage.

Absolutely. All transactions on www.woodenkart.in are processed through secure, PCI/DSS-compliant payment gateways (PayU & Paytm). Your payment details are encrypted and handled securely — Woodenkart never stores any payment credentials.
